Do I need to complete HIPAA training before ordering the framed certificate?
Yes. Certificate verification — your certificate ID and last name — is required before a framed certificate can be produced. The name is printed exactly as it appears on your issued certificate.
Is this the same as being “HIPAA certified”?
No. HIPAA Training US provides HIPAA training certificates of completion. There is no official, government-issued “HIPAA certification” — these items recognize that you completed HIPAA training.
How is shipping handled?
Flat $5 shipping is applied to every order at checkout. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only, and a valid US shipping address is required at checkout. International shipping is expected to become available at the end of 2026.
Can I add a custom message to the signed book?
Yes. When you add the signed book to your cart, you can include an optional short inscription (up to 160 characters), signed by the author.
